Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Please Note:

  • Products purchased during sale events, clearance sales, or using promotional coupon codes may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain products may be marked as Final Sale and are non-returnable.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or through bank transfer/UPI, depending on the payment mode.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product has been approved.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If a return shipping fee applies, it may be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Process

Step 1 – Request a Return

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Step 2 – Return Approval

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide further instructions and arrange a reverse pickup wherever available.


Step 3 – Product Inspection

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.


Step 4 – Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.


Exchange Policy

Need a different size or received a defective product?

We offer easy exchanges for eligible products.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Subject to stock availability, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned item passes inspection.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if the product is eligible under our Return Policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please share:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • An unboxing video (recommended)

Our team will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
